Article 1 - Purpose
Governed by Article L. 441-6 of the French Commercial Code and in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of any product presented on the website www.hello-clothing.com by the company Hello Clothing. They aim to define the mutual obligations of the parties as well as the different stages of the ordering process.
By the mere fact of validating his order on the Site, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted without reservation the terms of said order as well as all of these General Conditions of Sale.
These conditions may be subject to change. Therefore, it is understood that the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time the contract is entered into.
Article 2 - Legal capacity
Customers declare that they are of legal age and fully capable of entering into a contract.
Article 3 - Geographical areas
Products and services are offered in Europe and some international countries.
Article 4 - Price of products on sale
Prices listed on the website www.hello-clothing.com are in euros, including VAT. VAT is applied at the rate in effect in mainland France at the time of the order. Product prices may be changed at any time by Hello Clothing. Any rate change will be immediately applied to the current order.
Article 5 - Articles and products
Items displayed on the website www.hello-clothing.com are only available while stocks last. If a product is unavailable, Hello Clothing will inform the buyer as soon as possible by email. The buyer will then have the option to choose another item or cancel their order and receive a refund.
Hello Clothing strives to describe the products offered for sale with the greatest possible accuracy. The Customer has the opportunity, prior to ordering, to read the essential characteristics of the products he intends to purchase on the Hello Clothing website. However, if errors may have occurred in this presentation, Hello Clothing cannot be held liable. The illustrations and photos of the products used to support the text do not form part of the contractual scope. Under no circumstances can Hello Clothing be held liable on the basis of said illustrations / photos.
Article 6 - Orders
From the moment the Customer definitively validates his order by clicking on "Validate your payment", it is established that he knowingly accepts the content, delivery terms and conditions of the Order in question and especially these General Conditions of Sale, the prices, quantities, descriptions, characteristics, volumes and delivery times of the products ordered by the Customer on the Site.
Hello Clothing will acknowledge receipt of this order by sending an email to the Customer who placed the order. Hello Clothing reserves the right to cancel or put on hold the execution of an Order or its delivery, regardless of its nature and the stage of its execution, in the event of an inability to debit the Customer's bank account for his order or any amount owed by this customer or if a payment incident occurs, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of the Hello Clothing Website, including for prior orders. Finally, if the email address provided by the Customer when registering is incorrect, and if the Customer has not received the Order confirmation email systematically sent by Hello Clothing, Hello Clothing cannot be held liable. The sale will then be considered final, unless Hello Clothing deliberately decides to cancel it, for example in the event of a stock shortage of the products ordered. The Customer may, however, exercise his right of withdrawal within 15 days following the day of the order.
Article 7 - Payments
The Customer has the option to pay by credit card directly on the site, with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express card. Payment methods such as bank transfer and cash on delivery are not accepted.

For all products, delivery will be guaranteed within 2 days of order confirmation. The customer will receive delivery to a collection point or to their home, depending on their choice at the time of payment.
Deliveries are made via UPS or GLS in France and the rest of the world.
Article 9 - Returns

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
Article 10 - Rights and time limits for withdrawal
From the date of receipt of the order, the Customer has a period of fifteen (14) days to return the ordered products. All reshipments of the products will be made to the address mentioned in the previous article. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, a maximum period of fifteen (14) days is necessary from the receipt of the product returned to Wilma Group, before the amount of the returned product(s) is re-credited to the account corresponding to the Customer's bank card.

In particular, we use the services of third-party providers to pool, clean, and analyze data in the cultural sector so that they can leverage this data and develop tools for the benefit of the public or sector stakeholders. To do this, these providers process the information provided in the following manner:
The data is first prepared and then classified so that it can be used.
From the prepared data, the provider creates aggregate statistics that contain general, non-personal information, sometimes combined with data from similar sources. This pooled data is then used to create aggregate statistics such as source analyses (mainly via postal codes), but also seasonality analyses and price analyses (such as shopping carts).
This data is then enriched using two different processes. The first is enrichment using open-access third-party data, such as socio-demographic data issued by the Census via postal codes. The second process is called enrichment by inference. Enrichment by inference consists, for example, in the context of purchasing a ticket at the “under 25” rate, of deducing that the individual concerned is under 25 years old.
● For legal reasons: We transfer personal information outside our company if access to it is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
HELLO CLOTHING undertakes not to sell or rent your personal information to a third party.
