Where are your clothes made?

Our products are designed in France and produced in Portugal, with particular attention paid to quality and finishes.

Do the photos on the site accurately represent the products?

Yes, the visuals are accurate. However, slight differences in color may exist depending on the light or your screen.

Are the visuals and logos created by Hello Studio?

Yes. All designs, typography, and visuals are created by our art team—no AI, no copying.

What size should I choose?

Our cuts are often unisex and slightly oversized. If you're unsure of two sizes, choose the smaller one. A size guide is available on each product page.

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days.
  • Europe: 5 to 10 working days.
  • International: 7 to 15 working days.
Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

My tracking is no longer progressing, what should I do?

Carriers may take a few days to update information. If your package is stuck for more than 5 days, please contact us.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your area and the weight of the package. Free delivery for purchases over €90 (mainland France only).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).

Are I responsible for return shipping costs?

Yes, unless the product is defective or there was a preparation error.

Can I exchange my size?

Yes, if the desired size is still available. Otherwise, we will process a refund.

I didn't receive the right item, what should I do?

Contact us directly with a photo of the product received — we'll take care of it quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the package has not been shipped . Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and the desired modification.

Once the package has been sent, we cannot cancel or change the address.

I placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you don't find anything after 1 hour, contact us with your full name and email address — we'll verify the order went through.

My package is lost or damaged, what should I do?

Contact us immediately at contact@hellostudioshop.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the package received.

We will contact the carrier and, depending on the case, we will proceed with a resend or refund .

Yes, 100%. Hello Studio complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

All information you provide to us (name, address, email, etc.) remains strictly confidential and is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted via certified platforms (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

No banking data is stored on our servers.
